This mode of transport is good if you want to get around cheaply BUT be aware that a lot of the drivers are not insured and others do not have any licenses. I use the safe ones regularly as I find it cuts down on the costs while here. You can even hire a motor bike from one of the drivers at a very cheap rate. There are also some legal hire places these will have to be placed on here at a later date as I do not know there details.

 A cyclist stopped looking for the business of carrying a passenger up the road on his cushion on the back of his bike, and another cycling taxi with a customer on the back of his cycle. Try going on one, it is an experience and cheap.

Going past the Kendas hotel is a passenger carrying motor bike with two onboard, which is not unusual here. I have seen one carrying four two adults and two very small children.
