Nelly is a multi talented craftswomen in her own right, she has different talents, knitting hats, making bags, and hairdressing. Any spare balls of wool, cottons or new clothes you have at home and any unwanted presents, bring them with you for Nelly. She also fixes your hair with plats, braiding hair and putting in hair extensions. These shops and stalls are mainly one-man businesses and do not make very much money, so anything would be welcome as they try to keep their businesses going and struggle to look after their families as the tourists dwindle in these stressful economic times. When there are not many passing customers Nelly is usually sitting knitting, crocheting hats, or fixing someones hair with extensions plats or something.

A vertically challenged craftsman working on his next project watched by another local man. He has not much stock yet on display, but as seen here he is working nearly every hour to bring his stock up to fill out his small table alongside him.

A local lady waiting for her goods to be made by this skilled craftsman. This man can make you any design of local shoes and belts.

A very skilled seamstress at work making her stock and repairing locals curtains. If you have anything that needs repairing while on holiday this person can have it done in no time at all. Also out of the local cloth she is able to fit clothes to your size.

On this small plot of land at the top of the village just past the Serena Hotel, this man is showing off his skills working in the heat under a tree he can make you any design for a chair, table top, key ring, door plaque, name plate, table mat and most of this in wood.

In this shop there is a very large collection of Soap Stone ornaments very skillfully crafted. They have all been crafted by the owner of the shop and his extended family who he has to support in his village.

An artist sizing his canvas before starting on another painting like those behind him or some other one that inspires him. This man will even paint what ever subject you would want on your own individual canvas.
